Hudson – Effective Saturday, Oct. 1, the Outdoor Water Use Restrictions for 2011 will end and the Hudson Department of Public Works will begin flushing hydrants throughout the town. Beginning Friday, Sept. 30 through Saturday, Nov. 6, between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., work will begin in the eastern portion of town and proceed west until completed. Residents may notice some discoloration of the water.
