Town of Hudson Priority Projects survey due by Nov. 8Hudson – The Town of Hudson is in the Community Development Strategy planning stages for its next round of block grant funding. In past applications, the Block Grant provided funding for such projects as downtown facades, the Senior Center renovation, the Cellucci Splash Park, and the reconstruction of the South Street parking lot.

Visit the town of Hudson web site to find a Community Priority Projects survey to gauge your concerns and priorities for the town. There are approximately three dozen projects listed on the survey which should be ranked in order of importance. There is also room to write in other specific projects that are not listed on the survey.

The draft plan, as well as the survey, are also posted on the front page of Hudson's website at www.townofhudson.org. Surveys are also available at the Town Clerk's Office, the Recreation Department and the Hudson Public Library.

Feedback on the draft plan are surveys are welcome and can mailed or dropped off at the Community Development Office, Hudson Town Hall, 78 Main St., Hudson. Surveys taken online can be e-mailed to [email protected]. The due date for the survey is by Nov. 8.

A public hearing to discuss future potential projects for the next block grant application is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m., in the Selectman's Hearing Room in Town Hall. All are invited to attend.
