Shrewsbury – Robert H. Ryan, Esq., a resident of Shrewsbury, recently joined Estate Preservation Law Offices as of counsel. The firm is located in Worcester.
Ryan's practice will focus on estate and asset protection planning, trust, estate and probate administration, family and business succession planning, estate and trust administration, special needs and elder law planning, and tax planning.
An experienced estate planning and tax counsel and an authority on the Mass Homestead Act, he has lectured extensively for various legal organizations and authored numerous articles, including The New Massachusetts Homestead Act and Key Estate Planning Considerations and Intersection of Estate Planning and Bankruptcy. Before joining Estate Preservation Law Offices, he served as senior associate at Bove & Langa, P.C., of Boston, for 11 years.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at Boston College, his Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, and his Master of Laws in Taxation at Boston University School of Law.
He is a coach for Shrewsbury Little League and has served as a member of its Board of Directors. He is an assistant Cubmaster and Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America – Troop and Pack 114 in Shrewsbury.
