Pasta Master: Pierogi workshop Jan. 26 at Culinary Underground

Expand your skills at Culinary Underground School for Home Cooks in Southborough and sign up for the Pasta Master: Pierogi workshop, scheduled for Jan. 26, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Whether you call them pierogi, varenyky, derelye, or kreplach, they'se all variations on a theme: filled dumplings, either boiled or fried (or boiled and then fried), and topped with various yummy things. Open house Jan. 29 at St. Bernadette School
