NorthboroughOn May 6, the Northborough Historical Society kicked off its “Marching Through Time” exhibit with a USO-Canteen-style event. Guests were treated to an array of baked goods and refreshments, while enjoying a walk back through time. The “Marching Through Time” exhibit features military uniforms and memorabilia worn and collected by Northborough residents who served in the armed forces dating from the American Revolution to the Iraq War.

“We usually coordinate an opening of an exhibit with an event,” said Museum Curator Ellen Racine. “We are thrilled with the turnout of our USO Canteen event and are looking forward to a wonderful season.”

The Historical Society museum is open every Sunday from 2 to 4p.m. during May and June. For more information on museum hours and exhibits see, visit www.northboroughhistsoc.org.
