Westborough – Westborough Youth and Family Services (WYFS) will be offering a free, confidential, online depression screening to Westborough residents starting now and continuing until the end of June. If you'se been troubled by feelings of sadness, depression or anxiety or wonder if you are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, this free screening might give you the guidance you need in order to seek treatment.
This free, confidential screening is available through a grant from the Mass. Department of Public Health.
