New owner Tina Jacobson of the Learning Express Toys is pleased to announce the grand opening of her Westborough store. The festivities will run May 17 through 20 with a 20 percent off sale. The events of Saturday, May 19 include a visit from Elmo from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., face painting, raffles, and giveaways. The Daily Grind workshop May 31 at Culinary Underground
