Brownwood, Tx. – Catherine Mullaney, of Shrewsbury, was one of 246 students awarded for academic success at Howard Payne University during the spring 2012 semester. Mullaney was named to the President's List. Students must earn a 4.0 grade point average to be named to the President's List.
