Marlborough – The Marlborough Public Library will hold two workshops: “Plant Night!” Thursday, March 17, and “Seed Swap” Tuesday, March 22. Both events are in the Bigelow Auditorium at the library, 35 W. Main St., from 6-8 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
At “Plant Night!” participants can design and create their own terrarium or indoor garden. The library will provide all necessary materials including plants, mosses and containers. If you have a container of your own, please feel free to bring it. Register at: bit.ly/MarchPlant.
Seed swaps are fun ways to collect seeds that are more climate resilient and adapted to local soils than commercial seeds. They provide an opportunity to exchange gardening tips and meet other gardeners. Register at: bit.ly/MarchSeeds.
