Obit Kathleen F. PescaroShrewsbury – Kathleen F. (Falvey) Pescaro, 68, of Shrewsbury, died Friday, March 18, 2016, surrounded by her loving children, in the Allerton House in Hingham.

Kathleen was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Edmund and Nellie (Sabonaitis) Falvey, and graduated from Ascension High School.

Her husband of 32 years, Raymond P. Pescaro Sr., died in 2001. She leaves her children, Raymond P. Pescaro Jr. and his husband Eric Gelinas of Milton and Tracy E. Williams and husband Roger of Stratham, N.H.; two grandchildren, Mattigan and Charlotte Williams; and six siblings, Dorothy VanKeuran of Tequesta, Fla., Michael and Gerald Falvey of Worcester, Carol Fraini of Auburn, and David Falvey and Sharon Falvey, both of Shrewsbury. She was predeceased by five siblings, James Falvey, Rev. Edmund Falvey, Francis Falvey, Richard Falvey, and Robert Falvey.

Kathleen had worked as a customer service specialist for Neles Jamesbury for many years before retiring. She was a member of Saint Mary’s Parish in Shrewsbury.

Kathleen loved being surrounded by her children and grandchildren, and enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She also had a passion for shopping and watching her favorite New England Patriots, Tom and Gronk, when they played.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with Kathleen’s family Monday, March 21, from 4-7 p.m., in the Britton-Shrewsbury Funeral Home, 648 Main St. Her funeral will be Tuesday, March 22 from the funeral home, with a funeral Mass celebrated at 11 a.m. in Saint Mary’s Church, 640 Main St., Shrewsbury. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery of Shrewsbury.
