Starhawks hockey evaluations to be held March 29

Region – Starhawks Youth Hockey Program, the hometown youth hockey team of Hudson, Northborough, Milford and surrounding towns, will hold evaluations for the 2016-2017 season Tuesday, March 29, for new Starhawks players.

The Mite program (birth years 2008-2010) is a great way for younger players to get maximum time on the ice with the puck.

The Squirts program (birth years 2006-2007) and Peewees program (birth years 2004-2005) runs from August to April each year. Teams compete in the local Northstar Youth Hockey League.

All Mite/Squirt/Peewee games and most practices are played at Northstar Ice Sports, a multi-rink sports center located off Route 135 in Westborough. All teams have set weekday practice schedules.

Starhawks Hockey also has Learn to Play Hockey for new players and Bantam and Midget programs for older players.
