Grafton – Treasures in the Trunk, a community-wide yard sale to benefit Friends of Grafton Elders (FOGE) will take place Saturday, May 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Grafton High School parking lot, 24 Providence Road.

Board member Heather Trudell said, “We are raising money for FOGE’s mission to help support a good quality of life for all of our town’s senior citizens.”

FOGE provides financial support for senior programs, including several types of exercise classes, heating fuel assistance, computers in the senior center computer lab, transportation assistance, and help with housing crises and emergency situations. All of FOGE’s funding comes from private donations.

To participate as a seller, a tax-deductible donation of $25 is requested for parking space at the yard sale. Set up will begin at 8 a.m. Space is limited, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

“This is a great opportunity for folks to do some spring cleaning and clear out some of their treasures, and for others to find new ones,” Trudell said.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, Anzios Pizza’s brick oven pizza truck and Minutemen Kettlecorn will be on site.

If you are interested in reserving a space, email [email protected]. For more information about FOGE, visit www.fogeinc.org.
