Shrewsbury – For the 13th year, the Shrewsbury Garden Club is sponsoring Scarecrows on the Common as part of the Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival.
Shrewsbury residents, businesses and community organizations are encouraged to create a scarecrow to be displayed on the Town Common from Monday, Sept. 18, to Friday, Oct. 20. For rules and more information, visit www.Shrewsburygardenclub.org.
