Marlborough – Christine K. (Hagopian) Sheehan, 88, of Marlborough, died Sunday, March 25, 2018. Born and raised in Marlborough, she was the daughter of the late Kapreal and Lucy (Sahagian) Hagopian and the wife of the late Edward P. Sheehan Jr., who died in 2005.
Mrs. Sheehan had been employed as a waitress at Longfellow’s Wayside Inn, Sudbury, for many years. She had also worked prior to that at B.A. Corbin, as well as the Marlborough Country Club.
She was a longtime member of the Immaculate Conception Parish in Marlborough.
She is survived by her daughter, Lucille Sheehan of Marlborough; her sister-in-law, Virginia Sheehan of Shrewsbury; and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Elizabeth Shambo and Mary Linger and the sister-in-law of the late Catherine Ballard and John Sheehan.
Visiting hours will be held Monday, April 2, from 9-11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. at the Slattery Funeral Home, Inc., 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson Street, Marlborough.
