Southborough – Two candidates, incumbent Brian E. Shea and Sam R. Stivers, are vying for one spot on the Board of Selectmen in the town’s annual election to be held Tuesday, May 8.
Three candidates will be running for two spots on the Southborough School Committee – Jessica A. Devine, John W. Gobron, Jr. and Jennifer M. Primack.
The only other contested race will be for Board of Library Trustees where incumbent Nicole Casey DeBonet, Kimberly L. Regan and Mary L. Water are running for two spots.
The last official day for the candidates to withdraw is Thursday, April 5.
The town’s annual election will be held Monday, April 9, starting at 7 p.m. at the P. Brent Trottier Middle School, 49 Parkerville Rd. The complete warrant can be viewed at www.southboroughtown.com/town-meeting/pages/2018-annual-town-meeting.
