St. Philip Parish to host Christmas Fair

Grafton – St. Philip Parish will host its traditional Christmas Fair Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at its 12 West Street, Grafton location.

A tradition in Grafton, the Fair will feature a wonderful collection of items sure to please you and yours for Christmas.

The Quilt Raffle features a handmade, lovely quilt (blue and white motif), created by the church’s Peg Atchue.

The Grand Raffle table includes something for everyone:  Hanover Theater tickets (and membership) to the 2018 production of “A Christmas Carol”; a Bonnie Frederico painting; a Rachel Costello handmade fleece throw; a gift certificate to highly-rated restaurant for $100; Truro Vineyard Gift Basket;  a gift certificate worth $100 Store/Gas; and a Mystery Basket worth $100 of goodies.

The Basket Raffle table contains over 50 themed baskets ranging from kids, to kids at heart, pet gifts, bath, beauty, and Boston sports baskets.

The Silent Auction table features tickets to the Hanover Theater, getaway packages in New England, and Boston sports (Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots), as well as an autographed NBS ball signed by Jason Tatum, and a hand-crafted bench by Paul Krause.

The White Elephant table contains curated goodies, both large and small.

The Craft table has a plethora of items that will fill the stockings of the youngest and the heart of the oldest on your lists – snow yardsticks, clothespin people, gnomes, angels, and totes galore.

There will also be a Baked Goods table that has yummy treats of cakes, cookies, jams, cupcakes, and more. The Fair will also have a Kids’ Room. And luncheon will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
