Westborough boys’ basketball rolls over Marlborough

Marlborough – The visiting Westborough High School Rangers boys’ basketball team defeated the Marlborough High School Panthers by a score of 76-55 in a game played Jan. 4.

Bouncing back from their first loss of the season, Westborough put on a strong performance.  Michael Doherty scored 15 points while twin brother Matthew scored 14.  Eight other Rangers scored as well, all with single digit performances.

Marlborough’s senior captain Steve DiGregorio was the game’s high scorer, with 21 points.  Angel Strange scored seven, with four other Panthers scoring six.
