Westborough – The nonprofit group, Westborough Connects and the Westborough Recreation Department are teaming up with other town groups and businesses to hold a special week of fun events designed to encourage residents to “unplug” from their electronic devices.

During the week of April 29, “Westborough Unplugged” will feature an array of activities both inside and out.

Organizers note that although families are urged to put down their devices, they should check the Facebook page created for the initiative to check on events, especially in case of inclement weather. There will also be signs posted around town and updates in the Community Advocate leading up to the week.
