Shrewsbury – The Shrewsbury Garden Club, for the 15th year, will be sponsoring Scarecrows on the Common during the Spirit of Shrewsbury Fall Festival. Any Shrewsbury resident, individual, family, group or business is invited to create a scarecrow to display on the Town Common starting Monday, Sept. 23.
