Northborough – The Northborough Cultural Council (NCC) is accepting applications for grants to fund programs and events that showcase arts, humanities and interpretive sciences benefiting the community. Those who have a program they believe would be eligible for consideration for funding are invited to apply through Oct. 15. Guidelines for eligibility and applications can be found at www.mass-culture.org.

The NCC is part of a network of 329 Local Cultural Councils serving the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2019, the Northborough Cultural Council funded 21 grants to local artists totaling $5,776.

“This is a chance to honor the work of artists and arts organizations in Northborough,” said Selvi Oyola, NCC chair. “We are particularly excited about the range and quality of funded projects this year.
