NORTHBOROUGH – The Northborough Junior Woman’s Club will be hosting a Styrofoam Collection Day on Saturday, Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to noon.
The collection is being held in conjunction with the town-sponsored Hazardous Waste Collection Day. Styrofoam never breaks down in the environment, the club said.
Individuals can drop off #6 PS Styrofoam (EPS) and #4 LDPE (spongy foam) with tape and labels removed at the Northborough Department of Public Works Garage at 190 Main St.
