Please provide a brief biographical background on yourself. What should voters know about you?

I was born and raised a New Englander, I am extremely proud to be here at this time. I traveled across the US ‘FARMING AMERICA’ and noticed systemic inequality all across the board. it ignited my passion, I realize this is due to a corrupt and disenfranchised two party system. that needs to change from the ground up. It will start with small communities coming together in word and deed. I embrace all faiths and religions and believe HIGHLY in interfaith this comes to you from I a born and raised Catholic and my Sister Susan is Director of Religious Education.

Why are you running?

I’m running after being affected as a disabled person when the Pandemic hit and everything was shut down. While hoarders were hoarding I was lucky to get to the grocery store once. WRTA had shut down on both the elderly and disabled that do not drive and we had no MEANS no WAYS to get our daily needs met. We were stuck trapped and confused there was zero transparency from the first minute until the last. We were not able to make our usual decisions and the only decision was to stop everything on us. Now I and we as your town need to SPEND SPEND SPEND and get our town back up and running to a point where we once were.

Its a decision of NEED, no longer a decision of want or desire. ‘WERE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER, *right*.’

What specific skills/experience/expertise would you bring to your role?

My parents were amazing parents that taught me well. They put others first before themselves. Not only did I learn to serve my community my family and my friends and neighbors but I also learned that in life there ideas maybe different from my own. Life is mathematics and calculations so its best that I have an accounting and finance degree from Curry College so that I can determine the best needs of all not just myself. As we become a Global network one must truly appreciate diversity there are 21 Popular Global December Holidays, did you know? https://inspirationfeed.com/december-global-holidays/

What do you see as three issues facing Northborough?

Food Insecurity

Diversity

A PANDEMIC slow down for everyone, small businesses have NO PARKING for there customers. Quick to slow down slow to recover.

How do you plan to address the issues identified facing Northborough?

Believe it or not a major factor of food insecurity is transportation. Northboro has zero public transportation and our grocery store is up on a hill. Not everyone in town feels comfortable going down to a food pantry or Friend Fridge. I need to determine who’s not being fed properly and why. And then find a way to bring it to them.

Diversity is being used to self promote. I had no idea after eating my sixth or eighth jelly donut how an American donut played a part in Jewish tradition. The “menorah,” was huge it did not blend well with the regular Christmas stuff and never the mind any ways because there is lots more then Christians and Jews celebrating the Winter holidays.

Businesses have not and some may never recover from the pandemic. We have to be mindful and support our family our neighbors and our friends but in order to do this we need a place to park. The businesses need money and support to recover I would not just tax them and neglect them.

Are you in support of maintaining Northborough’s current single tax rate?

Yes

Please explain your stance on the previous question?

Taxes are the essential matrix that makes every town, city state and country work. But we must be mindful that people just took a huge money loss in the pandemic and find a way to support everyone not just some.

What are your thoughts on the topic of truck traffic in Northborough?

The official length of US Route 20 is 3,365 miles. And it passes right through Northboro Massachusetts. Truckers have a right to truck but our children have a right to run track and field exercise and I am a walker.  I welcome trucks to Northboro if they can be mindful, not park on my cross walks and learn maps and driving directions. The trucks must be clean quiet and safe. If your going to have a truck in town I want a phone number and company name printed on the front, back and sides visible to those walking and driving. This phone number has to lead to a local office where we can call and report any problems. I want the trucks on the road while the children are sleeping and off the roads while the children, seniors and anyone else need to feel safe. Life is about love, compromise and participation. There is no reason why this hasn’t already been arranged.

The Master Plan Implementation Committee has been working on plans for the future of the downtown area. What is your vision/priorities for downtown Northborough?

I think the Master Plan out right stinks. Your leaving people out and there is zero transparency in whats not being said. Papers are great and confusing the enemy is Perfect but I think TRUTH needs be revealed and people need to take a longer harder look at things. Is there transparency in the fact that its almost May and I still have leaves in my back yard, the ground is covered. Is there transparency in the fact that every apartment here has vents w.o. fans that lead to know where.  How about taking random soil samples all around town and taking a look at what we are actually dealing with. Is Housing Authority owned by the town, I was told NO, but every town meeting more money is being given. So you decide.
