Cape Cod/Florida – Muriel A. Sinclair, 98 passed away at home on Monday, June 13th surrounded by her loving family. Her husband of 53 years, Everett L. Sinclair died in 1999.
She leaves four children, Deborah Moiles (Jim Owen) of Millbury, MA, Gary Sinclair, (Jean), of Harwich, MA, Susan Mills (Michael) of S. Yarmouth MA, with whom she made her home and Douglas Sinclair of Florida, 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The youngest of seven children, she was feisty, stubborn, and said what she thought with little filtering while never intentionally hurting anyone. She died on her own terms, in her own bed, in the home she lived in with her daughter and son-in-law Susan and Michael.
She was predeceased by her three brothers, Fred, Kenneth and Vincent Hill and her three sisters, Frances Horan, Gladys Babon and Doris Nordstrom.
Born in Worcester Massachusetts, June 1, 1924, she was the daughter of Harry W. and Fanny A. (Donlin) Hill. She raised her family in Grafton MA before retiring with her husband to Cape Cod and Naples Florida.
Arrangements will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Talking Books, Worcester Public Library (www.Talkingbook.mywpl.org) or VNA Hospice Care of Cape Cod.
