MARLBOROUGH – The former Fish Restaurant and Wine Bar at 29 South Bolton St. is undergoing some changes.
Although formal plans have yet to be submitted, Building Commissioner Tin Htway said the restaurant recently changed ownership, and that it could become a “high-end” restaurant.
Fish closed earlier this year. It originally opened as Coral Seafood, and changed its name to Fish in 2011, according to its website.
