MARLBOROUGH – On Wednesday, July 5, the Recreation Department officially opened the Dek hockey rink at Ghiloni Park on Concord Road.
The project is a collaboration between the recreation department and Mayor Arthur Vigeant’s office.
“It’s a fantastic amenity for the whole community,” said Sean M. Divoli, commissioner for the city’s Department of Public Works.
The regulation-sized rink is available for practices and games. Games other than Dek hockey, including lacrosse and soccer, will not be permitted inside the rink.
A scoreboard will be installed later this year.
Reservations are now being accepted.
