Marlborough holds preliminary mayoral election today

MARLBOROUGH – The preliminary election for Mayor is taking place today.

The four candidates on the ballot are J. Christian Dumais, Samantha Perlman, Patrick Hogan and Michael Baker. The top two vote-getters will advance to the city elections in November.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the following locations:

Ward 1, Precincts 1 and 2: Francis J. Kane Elementary School, 520 Farm Road

Ward 2, Precincts 1 and 2: Francis J. Kane Elementary School, 520 Farm Road

Ward 3, Precinct 1: Senior Center, 40 New St.

Ward 3, Precinct 2: Raymond J. Richer School, 80 Foley Road

Ward 4, Precincts 1 and 2: Senior Center, 40 New St.

Ward 5, Precincts 1 and 2: Masonic Lodge, 8 Newton St.

Ward 6, Precincts 1 and 2: 1LT Charles W. Whitcomb School, 25 Union St.

Ward 7, Precincts 1 and 2: Hildreth School, 85 Sawin St.

Note: The polling location for Wards 1 & 2 will remain at Francis J. Kane School, 520 Farm Road. Due to the emergency repairs being done on Farm Road, voters will need to access Farm Road from Route 20 at the intersection of Boston Post Road East and Wilson Street.
