MARLBOROUGH – Villari’s Martial Arts and Wellness has announced free tai chi workshops, inviting all to experience the benefits of this ancient martial art form.
Tai chi is celebrated for its unique combination of gentle physical exercise and mindfulness meditation. This practice not only enhances physical health, but it also promotes mental well-being. Regular tai chi practice can help reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, boost mood and improve overall wellness.
Come on Saturdays from 1 to 2 p.m. at the studio at 194 Main St.
Leading the workshop will be experienced instructors who have dedicated their lives to mastering and teaching tai chi. They bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the session, ensuring attendees gain a comprehensive understanding of tai chi principles and techniques.
