Eagles soar with ‘Rock and Stroll’
Marlborough – Walking laps Oct. 23 at Ward Park for the Marlborough Fraternal Order of Eagles third annual “Rock and Stroll” are representatives of Cub Scout Pack 31: (front, l to r) Evan Ritter, 7, his brother, Zach, 10, Andrew Desmarais, 7, Andrew Fisher, 7, (back, l to r) Steven Desmarais, Cubmaster Dave Ritter, Event Co-Chair Jim Hollis and Phil Fisher. Teams of walkers collected pledges to be donated to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the 15-40 Connection, a charitable organization working to improve cancer survivors for people ages 15 to 40. Rock music filled the air throughout the six-hour walk-a-thon.
