Northborough – Chris Awdycki PT, CSCS, has joined the staff at Flaherty Physical Therapy in Northborough. Awdycki earned her M.S. In Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2001, following a 1999 B.S. in Health Sciences, also from B.U. She spent the past 10 years as founder, owner and therapist at Live Free Physical Therapy in Groton, before selling the successful practice in early 2019.
Awdycki has a varied background in orthopedics, which includes geriatrics, pediatrics, sports medicine and aquatic therapy. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is also certified in Graston Technique (GT).
In addition to caring for her patients at Flaherty Physical Therapy, also continues to grow the Rock Steady Boxing Central Mass. program she started in Northborough. Rock Steady is a non-contact boxing exercise program for people with Parkinson’s disease.
