Marlborough – Marcia (Earlywine) Meddows, 32, of Marlborough, died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Georgia (Gallagher) Earlywine of Medway, Maine and the late Richard “Dale” Earlywine.
Married to Brian Meddows of Marlborough since 2009, Marcia was caring and generous to others. She had a joyous spirit and gave freely of her time. She loved being a mom to her daughters and relished being needed and useful in her life.
Besides her husband and her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Samantha Lynde of Townsend and Marlborough; her grandmother, Alice Mahan of Crystle, ME; her sisters, Tammy Earlywine, Wendy Mitchell and her husband Christopher of Mt. Morris, Illinois; her mother-in-law, Susan Meddows of Marlborough; her niece, Ashley Sadowski; her “brother and sister,” Darlene and Jason Eppenstein; her Uncle John Mahan; her nieces, Chloe Mitchell and Anabella Murray; her close friends, Jeff and Cindy Keyes; her closest friend, Nicole; and many, many friends from all areas of her life. She was also the mother of the late Hailey Meddows, who died in May 2012.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, Oct. 22, at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 52 Church St., Marlborough (First United Methodist Church building). Arrangements are under the direction of the Slattery Funeral Home, 40 Pleasant St., Marlborough.
