GRAFTON – The Silver Lake Beach in Grafton will reopen to the public Saturday, June 26, as the region emerges from the grips of COVID-19.
Limitations, however, remain as the town Recreation Department explained June 10.
“After we get underway, we’ll revisit the possibility of expanding the offerings,” a press release read.
The beach will operate daily from June 26 through Aug. 15. Hours run from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday through Thursday with weekend hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
There will be no swim lessons, deep water raft availability, kayak rentals, birthday parties or pavilion rentals, though.
Likewise, only season passes will be available at the start of the beach season, according to that June 10 announcement. There will be no day passes.
