Westborough Public Library announces schedule changes for this week

Westborough – Due to work that is being done to replace the heating and air conditioning system at the Westborough Public Library, the Children’s Room will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 18 and Wednesday, Sept. 19. It will reopen on Thursday, Sept. 20 at 10 a.m. The main floor adult area, Circulation Desk, teen room and reading room will be open during this time.

The main floor adult area will be closed Thursday, Sept. 20 and Friday, Sept. 21 – there will be no access to computers, books or materials for adults during this period. Wi-fi should be operational but there will be no computers for patrons to use. The Circulation Desk, teen room, reading room and Children’s Room will be open during this time. The adult area will reopen Saturday, Sept. 22 at 10 a.m.

Any additional unforeseen changes in hours or services will be posted on the library’s website, www.westboroughlib.org, and on the library’s Twitter and Facebook pages. Notifications can come right to your cell phone as well; just text the words Subscribe WestboroughLib to phone number 40404. There’s no cost for text notifications but regular text messaging rates will apply.
