Marlborough chamber to host golf tournament

marlborough-chamber-commerce-logoMarlborough – The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) has announced its 39th Premier Golf Open (PGO) will be held Tuesday, June 4 at the Marlborough Country Club.?This charity event will feature golf as well as a social hour, and a buffet dinner.

The day offers something for everyone, golf pro or not!” said Susanne Morreale Leeber, MRCC president and CEO.

For the golfers there will be a chance to win a 2-year lease on a Ford Fusion, courtesy of Wayside Ford, with the “Hole in One” challenge.

The day will begin with a continental breakfast sponsored by Main Street Café, Honey Dew Donuts and Wise Coffee at 8 a.m. The social hour will start at 2:30 p.m. followed by a networking dinner, raffle prizes and awards presentations.

The PGO will benefit the chamber's business development projects. ?Major sponsors are Boston Scientific and Boyd Coatings Research; the supporting sponsor is Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center; the media sponsors are Metrowest Daily News, Marlborough Enterprise, Hudson Sun and WCRN True Talk Radio 830 AM and the print sponsor is D3 Synergy Graphics.? ?There are still green, tee and cart sponsorships available.
