Westborough – Berniece M. Indge, 94, of Westborough, died peacefully Friday, June 20, 2014. Her husband of 39 years, Alfred J. S. Indge, died in 1988.

She was born and raised in Middlefield, Conn., and was employed as an administrative assistant in the insurance field in Worcester for 11 years. She had been a resident of Westborough since 1957 and was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Westborough.

She is survived by a daughter, Carol Pearsall, wife of John Pearsall of Hubbardston; a son Donald Indge, husband of Julie Indge, of Belmont; four beloved granddaughters, Jennifer Mirra and her husband Steven Mirra, Laura Pearsall, Lucy Indge, and Caroline Indge; and two cherished great-granddaughters, Josephine and Adelaide Mirra. She is also survived by nieces, a nephew, extended family, and friends. She was predeceased by her brother, Vernon “Bud” Ladinig.

The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff at Whitney Place/Willows and Beaumont in Westborough.

Her funeral service will be held Friday, June 27, at 10 a.m., in St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 3 John St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, are Thursday, June 26, from 7 – 9 p.m.
