Northborough – Saint Vincent Medical Group is pleased to welcome Dr. Farhan Ibrahimi to its brand-new 10010-K Shops Way office located at Northborough Crossing this January. This large, state-of-the-art office space will offer on-site laboratory and several primary care and specialist providers.
Dr. Ibrahimi, who most recently served patients at 55 N Lake Ave. in Worcester, provides a wide range of services to his adult patients including annual wellness check-ups, preventative care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illness and injuries.
Dr. Ibrahimi takes a “partnership approach” to health care-seeing himself not only as a physician, but as a resource patients can use to understand their health concerns. He believes in motivating individuals to make life choices which can help prevent common problems like hypertension and type 2 diabetes.
While prevention is a major goal of his practice, Dr. Ibrahimi’s considerable experience in diverse environments makes him adept at the early diagnosis and subsequent management of complex medical illnesses. He is sensitive to the uniqueness of each patient and tries to adapt treatment options to each individual.
