Phyllis J. Robichaud, 89, of Shrewsbury

Shrewsbury – Phyllis J. (Anderson) Robichaud, 89, of Shrewsbury, died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 in Worcester Health Center.

Phyllis, a lifelong Shrewsbury resident, was daughter of the late Fritz and Gladys V. (Smith) Anderson. She graduated from Worcester Girls Trade School as a seamstress.

Prior to retiring, Phyllis worked at the Park Avenue Pharmacy in Worcester, as well as Kelly Girls Inc. and the Hebert Candy Mansion in Shrewsbury.

She leaves behind her husband of 40 years, John T. Robichaud; daughter-in-law Susan Novelle of Rutland; granddaughter Kimberly McGrath and her husband Kevin of Rutland; three great grandchildren, Zachary, Maxwell and Jacob McGrath; and several step-children. Phyllis was predeceased by a son, Edward T. Novelle Jr., and a great-grandson, Edward McGrath.

Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Worcester Animal Rescue League, 139 Holden St., Worcester, MA 01606 or to Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.
