Northborough – The Friends of the Northborough Library are having an Applefest Sidewalk Book Sale, with an excellent selection of fiction and non-fiction adult and children's books. Visit the sale while enjoying the town-wide festival.
The sale is Saturday, Sept. 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on the sidewalk in front of the library. The authors of some of the books include Janet Evanovich, James Patterson, Meg Cabot, Kathryn Stockett, Dr. Seuss, Stieg Larsson, J.K. Rowling, John Grisham, Stephanie Laurens, William Shakespeare, Ray Bradbury, John McPhee, Agatha Christie, Jane Austen, Dean Koontz, and more. Anyone who is looking for something to read, whether it's for pleasure, school or book club, is welcome to attend and browse.
