Southborough – Joseph Mauro has been named as the new Fire Chief of the Southborough Fire Department. He will be taking over the position from John D. Mauro Jr. Former Sudbury Fire Chief Michael Dunne acted as interim fire chief while the search for a permanent replacement took place.
