Northborough- On April 24, the Northborough Public Library hosted a “Music in Motion,” program to the delight of young children and their parents. Lisa Scarlett, from Appletree Arts, guided children as young as 18 months, through a series of lively songs and passed out musical instruments for them to play.
“I have a background in early education and music,” Scarlett said. “I enjoy working with young children and experiencing how music brings smiles to their faces.”
The “Music and Motion” program is available once a month at 10 a.m. at the children's room at the library. For more information on events at the library, visit www.northboroughlibrary.org.
