Region – All photographers, young and old, novice and pro, are invited to enter OARS” Photo Contest. OARS is seeking photographs that illustrate the beauty and challenges of the Sudbury, Assabet, and Concord Rivers Watershed. Winning photos will be featured in OARS” 2013 calendar.
