Marlborough – Joe Valarioti will be honored by the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC) at a dinner March 23 with its lifetime achievement award.
Valarioti opened Central Auto Rebuilders in 1957 and moved to Marlborough three years later. He has been an avid community volunteer, serving on the Assabet Valley Regional Technical School District School Committee, MRCC board and Marlborough Rotary Club. He has also been active in youth sports and is a longtime supporter of the local Boys Club.
Other businesses to be honored at the dinner are Boston Scientific, the Olive Garden restaurant in Marlborough, David and Darlene Welch of Minuteman Press, St. Mary’s Credit Union, Joe Don Richardson of Turning Point Images, and Frank Collins of Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Consulting.
