obit-katherine-m-tulisNorthborough – Katherine M. (Boudreau) Tulis passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016 at Christopher House of Worcester.

She leaves three daughters, Lorraine Yellick and her husband Alick of Northborough, Ann Marie Hardy and her husband Paul of Magnolia, and Christine Tulis of San Anselmo, Calif.; her sister, Elaine Montgomery of Arlington; two grandchildren, Jennifer Mirabelli and her husband David of Weymouth and Christopher Yellick and his wife Kelly of Nottingham, N.H.; a great-grandson, Landon Yellick; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Tulis; her siblings, Arthur Boudreau, Geraldine Oliver, and Bernice Rose; and her grandson, Alick J. Yellick.

Born in Greenfield, she was the daughter of Arthur C. and Katherine (Campbell) Boudreau. She lived in Northborough from 2006 – 2012, and was formerly of Arlington and Marlborough.

She worked as a cook at Immaculate Conception and St. Mathias rectories in Marlborough. She also worked at St. Anne Novitiate in Marlborough.

A devout Catholic, her faith and her children were her focus in life. She also loved to read and to participate in activities at the Northborough Senior Center.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Dec. 29, at 11 a.m., in St. Bernadette Parish, 244 West Main St., Northborough. Burial will be held at a later date in Howard Street Cemetery of Northborough.
