Worcester – Dr. Charles and Janet Birbara, the owners of the Beechwood Hotel, have announced that Bill Brady, an award-winning chef and the owner of the Sonoma Restaurant in Princeton, will be moving his restaurant to the Beechwood this September. As such, the hotel’s current restaurant, CERES, will transform into Sonoma at the Beechwood.

Brady noted that he is “thrilled” to move to the Beechwood.
