Region – The law firm of Fletcher Tilton PC announced that Fallon Health’s Board of Directors has elected attorney Frederick M. Misilo Jr. to serve as the new chair of the nationally recognized, nonprofit health care services organization.

Richard Burke, Fallon’s president and CEO, said “Fred’s commitment to improving the lives of those who live and work in the community strongly aligns with the mission of Fallon Health. In addition to providing business acumen, Fred will be a passionate and tireless advocate for all those we serve.”

Misilo, who replaces David W. Hillis, was first appointed to the Fallon Health Board in 2012 and elected vice chair last year. He is an officer at Fletcher Tilton as well as chair of its Elder Law and Special Needs Practice Group and its Trust and Estate Department. He also serves on the firm’s Management Committee.

“I am honored to serve as chair at such an important and exciting time in Fallon Health’s history,” said Misilo. “I look forward to working with Richard and the board in moving the organization forward in pursuit of its mission.”
