Northborough – The Northborough Cultural Council (NCC) is accepting applications for grants to fund programs and events that showcase arts, humanities and interpretive sciences benefiting the community. If you have a program you believe would be eligible for consideration for funding, you may apply between Saturday, Sept. 1, and Monday, Oct. 15.
