Shrewsbury – The Friends of the Shrewsbury Public Library welcomed noted Story Teller, Barry Deitz, to their Annual Fall Meeting, held Oct. 24 at the Shrewsbury Public Library. Deitz took the audience on a spooky literary journey through some of the great ghostly tales of Nathaniel Hawthorne, Washington Irving, Edgar Allen Poe.
Deitz, of Bernardston Mass., was born in North Carolina. He conducts literary and historical programs for area libraries and arts councils.
