Region – As the coronavirus continues on into the fall and winter months, with no foreseeable end in sight, it’s only natural that we are all feeling anxious. This is a time that we have never experienced before. Adding to that, many are still unemployed and schools and families are facing different models of education. It’s no wonder that stress is at an all-time high.
But it’s important to remember, though, that’s there nothing wrong or shameful with asking for help. Most municipalities have departments, such as Shrewsbury Youth & Family Services, that offer assistance and resources to help you when you need it.
