Northborough – The Northborough Cultural Council (NCC) has announced that they will be holding their annual Northborough Culture Fest of Music & Arts as a virtual event. In their continued effort to support local artists, promote the arts and connect with the community, this year’s theme will be “Thankful for the Arts, Culture and Community.” Applicants of all media including musicians, dancers, fine artists, photographers, ceramists, etc. are welcomed to submit. Following this virtual concept, NCC will display your talent in a montage of performances on Northborough Cable Access Television (NCAT) as a pre-recorded show, on YouTube and on Facebook. The event will premiere on Friday Nov. 6 with re-broadcasts on Saturday, Nov. 7 and Sunday, Nov. 8 on NCAT.
