Westborough gearing up for Winter Stroll, Nov. 28WESTBOROUGH – After a brief hiatus due to COVID-19, Westborough’s Winter Stroll is back, this weekend.

The event will take place on Sunday, Nov. 28, running from 2 to 5 p.m. before a light parade will travel down West Main Street at 6 p.m. All that will culminate in a tree lighting and a visit from Santa in the rotary at 6:30 p.m.

The event is hosted by the Westborough Rotary Club, the Public Library, the Economic Development Committee and the Recreation Department.

Mrs. Claus will be reading at the library every hour until 5 p.m.

More than 45 local businesses are participating in the Winter Stroll, offering a variety of treats, activities and promotions. The Say Cheese Grilled Cheese and Veg Out food trucks will be serving food alongside Dean Concession at the Westborough Fire Department.

Attendees can also hop on and off a shuttle which will be making rounds every 30 minutes between various “Snowflake Stops” in town. That shuttle is sponsored by realtor Gary Kelley.
