Robert D. PelletierHudson – Robert D. Pelletier, 75, formerly of Hudson, died Saturday, June 3, 2023, after a brief illness. He was son of the late Victor and Lucille (Lavasseur) Pelletier and brother of the late Claire Pelletier.

Robert had degrees from Biscayne University in Miami, Florida and an MLS from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He worked at the Marlborough Public Library and retired from National Grid in 2013 where he was employed for over 25 years. He lived in Marlborough for a number of years and also Hudson, MA. He lived at the Esplanade for over 10 years before moving to the Artisan. His hobbies included Karaoke and playing guitar along with 50s and 60s music.

He was a communicant of St. Michael’s Parish in Hudson for many years and was a member their choir for a while.

He is survived by his niece, Victoria Grisanti and her husband Gianluca and their three sons, Max, Jake, and Danny. He is also survived by his nephew, Michael Hughart and his wife, Bonnie of Essex Junction, VT and their two children, his son, Joey and his daughter, Morgan. He is also survived by his close friend, Susan Howe of Northbridge.

A funeral Mass for Robert will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023, at 9:00am at St. Michael Parish, 21 Manning St., Hudson, MA 01749. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Wilson St., Marlborough, MA 01752.

The family asks in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Milford Whitinsville Regional Hospital for their exceptional care.
